Branch Manager Murphysboro

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Branch to ensure that customers are provided with accurate information and courteous, efficient service in regard to customer/Bank transactions. Increase new customer base as well as expand existing customer services. Become involved in all aspects of Banking including taking and processing loan applications along with assisting lending personnel with routine clerical and administrative duties as needed. This position is active working as a teller, opening new accounts, responding to customer inquiries, opening and closing of branch, business development and assisting with staff development.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Two plus years of job related experience including lending
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and supervisory skills
  • Excellent knowledge of retail products and services a plus

Conduct financial transactions between customers and Bank; handle routine customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer relations. Previous cash handling or retail experience preferred.
