Due to an increased amount of fraudulent activity impacting some of our customers' accounts, we are requiring all customers to enter their PIN (Personal Identification Number), rather than their signature, when conducting any debit card transaction $50.00 and over. As always, we encourage all customers to review their account activity closely for possible unauthorized transactions and immediately report any such occurrences to us at (618) 997-4341.  Thank you for your assistance in protecting your financial information.

To report a lost or stolen First Southern Bank Personal Check Card or Business Check Card, please call your local First Southern Bank during regular business hours, or:

  • (618-997-4341 or 618-549-3621) – First Southern Bank (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST, except holidays)
