On Friday, July 26th, we will be making the move to the new upgraded system. We are committed to making sure this transition is efficient and easy for you. These upgrades in technology include enhancements to your digital banking experience, as well as the tools our team uses to serve you throughout the bank. We aim to ensure that you have all the necessary information and address any questions that may arise. You will find an initial list of Frequently Asked Questions you may have for the upcoming upgrade.

Will I keep my same checking account number?

Yes. Your checking account number will remain the same.

Will I continue to use my First Southern Bank checks?

Yes. There is no change to the bank name or routing number.

Will I continue to use my existing debit card?

Yes. You may continue to use your debit card.

Will there be a period where I do not have access to my funds due to the system upgrade?

We do not anticipate any time where you will be unable to access your funds by debit card or check. We have planned the system upgrade to minimize the impact on you, while ensuring access to your funds. However, please carry an alternative form of payment during the weekend following the upgrade in case of an unplanned disruption of service.

Will my current direct deposits or automatic drafts be affected?
